Our Policies

Billing. Jobs are billed on either a time-and-materials or a fixed-price contract basis, depending on the type and extent of work. If you need time-and-materials work completed the same business day or the next business day after your request, you must request a rush job, which will be billed at rush rates.
  • Rush Rates. DPM rush rates are as follows:
    • Same day or next day service, during business hours: 1.5 x billable rate
    • After business hours: 1.5 x billable rate
    • Weekends/holidays: 2 x billable rate (Note: weekends and holidays start at close of business on the preceding business day and end at start of business on the next business day)
    • Sundays: Emergency work only at 2 x billable rate (no exceptions)
Late charges may be applied to payments received after the due date.

Business Hours. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday

Support Ticket Interface. Work and support requests should go through the DPM Support Ticket Interface.
