When working with clients, we hear over and over again
about website companies offering solutions which are
a) not affordable, b) more than the client needs, and
c) not adequate.
Think about this. If you went to a car salesman needing
to buy a compact car and he tried to sell you a luxury
SUV and charge you its higher price, what would you
do? Pay more for what you didn't want or need? Probably
not.
Then why allow your web and IT solutions be sold to
you in the same way?
Division Point works with our clients to find the solutions
that fit all of your feature, budget and schedule requirements.
With our years of experience in working with the industry-standard
Unix and open-source tools, we work hard to help you
identify what you need and provide the best solution
for you, not us. We're dedicated to providing affordable
solutions for all of your Internet, print, technical
and marketing needs.
Policies
Division Point tries to provide quality services at the best
rates possible. In order to keep our rates low, the following policies
must be followed:
- Standard Turnaround - Most typical jobs will take between
two to three business days to complete, depending on the project and
current workload. If you need your work completed sooner, you MUST
contact a DPM representative and schedule a RUSH job. Same-day and
next-day service is possible, but MUST be booked and approved by
DPM.
- Custom Work - Custom jobs are peformed on a contracted quote
basis only. Prices, delivery dates, scope and other items will be
clarified in your contract.
- RUSH Rates - DPM RUSH rates are calculated as follows:
- Same day/next day, during the business day: 1.5 x billable rate
- After business hours: 1.5 x billable rate
- Weekends/holidays: 2 x billable rate (Note:
weekends and holidays start at close of business
on the preceding business day and end at start
of business on the next business day)
- Sundays: Emergency work only at 2 x billable rate (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Business Hours - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday
- Prompt Payment - Please check your invoice for the
due date. Most invoices are due in 15 days, unless you've negotiated
other terms. Late payments are subject to finance charges.
- Support Ticket Interface - Work and support requests should go through
the DPM Support Ticket Interface.
